Sandy Pines - Minnie Water
Sandy Pines is thoughtfully placed among iconic Norfolk Pines, Minnie Water and is surrounded by the untouched beauty of Yuraygir National Park.
The home blends effortlessly with its natural surroundings, framing expansive ocean views from nearly every corner. Huge sliding doors and bifold windows create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, while clean lines and an open layout impart a sense of tranquility on visitors.

Sustainability:
Hempcrete walls provide natural insulation and improve indoor air quality.
North Eastern aspect and considered placement of windows and doors in conjunction with overhanging eaves provide the benefits of passive solar design, maximising warmth in winter and keeping spaces cool in summer, in turn reducing the need for artificial heating and cooling.
To minimise water usage, the home includes water tanks alongside its mains connection. This conscious approach reduces the home's environmental footprint and supports both self-sufficiency and environmental responsibility.
