Zara Springs
A cluster of modernist hemp pavilions nestled into the tweed hinterland escarpment.
The pavilion placement allows inhabitants to live comfortably with the orientation of the sun as it moves across the sky throughout the day.
Hempcrete is used to create a comfortable thermal environment, whilst it sequesters carbon from the atmosphere.
